For both commercial and residential clients, there are minimum costs associated with all services that must be paid. Please see below for specific details.

These prices are subject to change as workload and availability changes.

• All standalone, one-time window cleaning jobs have a $100.00 minimum.
• Commercial reoccurring: $500.00/month.
• Commercial One-time/Project work: $250.00. 
• Residential reoccurring: $250.00/month.
• One-time/Project work: $100.00.  

Non-reoccurring work (e.g. project work, one-time cleanings, etc.) requires a deposit prior to work starting. This amount varies from 20%-50% depending on complexity and scope of work.

Established clients may be exempted from this requirement on a case-by-case basis.

We require a signed agreement from you or your company’s representative prior to any work starting.

Can be performed electronically or physically.

We offer Net 30, 45, and 90 terms to select new commercial clients and to established commercial clients.

You will receive discounted rate for non-Net Term accounts.

You may choose to provide supplies for work to be performed. Avoiding any supply surcharges that may have been applied.

We also offer a Supply Management Program. This generally provides all necessary supplies needed for your reoccurring services for a low fixed price.

All desired work and services will require a walkthrough and a written quote before starting.

As a part of this process, we will require permission to:

• Take pictures.
• Walk all areas to be serviced.
• Ask relevant questions to all relevant parties.
• Examine relevant materials and appearances of all locations/objects to be serviced.
• Use equipment to take measurements/tests of, but not limited to, airborne particulates, material makeup, soilage, soilage make up, and color fastness.
