This Privacy Policy explains how Palo Verde Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when employees use our mobile application (“Palo Verde Cleaning”). The App is designed exclusively for employees of Palo Verde Cleaning to manage supplies, inspections and incident documentation, reimbursement requests and service hours.

  1. Information We Collect

When you use the App, we may collect and store the following information:

  • Login credentials: your email address and password.
  • Profile information: your name and phone number, which are added to your account by an administrator.
  • Work-related data: reports you submit and logged working hours.
  • Photos and media: images you capture using your device camera for inspections, reimbursements or incident reporting.
  • Worksite information: details of worksites, including site name, address, and designated liaison contact information (such as name, phone number, or email), which are managed by administrators for operational purposes.
  • Device information: a unique device token is stored to enable push notifications. This token is not shared with third parties and is only used to deliver work-related updates through the App.

We do not collect sensitive information such as precise location, financial details, or health data.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Authenticate employees and provide access to the App.
  • Maintain accurate employee records for work scheduling and reporting.
  • Enable administrators to manage employee accounts and review work-related reports.
  • Store and make available inspection, incident or reimbursement photos to authorized administrators for operational and compliance purposes.
  • Maintain records of worksites and their designated liaison contacts to support scheduling, communication, and incident reporting.
  • Send operational push notifications (such as schedule updates, inspection reminders, or incident confirmations).

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect personal information, including:

  • Encrypting all data transmissions between the App and our servers using HTTPS (TLS).
  • Storing passwords securely in hashed form.
  • Restricting access to employee data and photos to authorized administrators only.
  1. Data Sharing

Your personal data and photos are only shared internally within Palo Verde Cleaning for operational purposes. We do not share personal information or photos with external parties, except where legally required.

  1. Data Retention

We retain employee information and work-related photos for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law. When employment ends, administrators may deactivate or delete accounts and associated content as appropriate.

  1. User Rights

Employees have the right to:

  • Request access to their stored personal information and submitted photos.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deactivation of their account. Deactivated accounts are no longer accessible but associated records (such as reports and working hours) may be retained as required for operational and legal purposes.
  1. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended solely for employees of Palo Verde Cleaning. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
